I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with some highlights and a few drawbacks. The rooms were not ready until late in the afternoon, but they were worth the wait as they had a balcony overlooking the bay, perfect for my team meeting. The service was exceptional, with ex-military personnel who knew Charleston well and were very nice and cooperative. The location was ideal for enjoying the riverside walking trail and the marina views, although it wasn't right in downtown. The dining experience was good, although ordering off the menu could be slow. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.
